Eduvigis' love for Yoga began as she discovered multiple techniques within the holistic practice that ground, balance, relax and empower us all physically, mentally and spiritually.
Today, she continues her journey, practicing daily, living her Yoga on and off the mat, and sharing what she learns along the way. Her classes encourage intimacy with the breath, compassion for ourselves foremost and others, and meditation.
She has completed over 750 hours of training in Meditation, Hatha, Vinyasa and Therapeutics Yoga in New York and India.
Jessica Greenfield completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Pure Yoga in the spring of 2014—and never looked back. In the fall of 2014, she participated in her first 100-hour Ashtanga intensive with Scott Harig. After the intensive, Jessica continued her mentorship with Scott, working as an assistant teacher in the Ashtanga program at Pure West for the next four years. Jessica has participated in trainings with Manju Jois, Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor, Guy Donahaye, and Gregg Tebb. In July 2018, she completed Richard and Mary's month-long Teachers Intensive in Boulder, Colorado. Jessica is also certified in Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery through the Veterans Yoga Project.
Off the mat, Jessica is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in post-traumatic stress and mind-body approaches to healing trauma. Jessica is passionate about making Ashtanga yoga accessible to everyone and is deeply committed to sharing the practice as a tool for healing trauma. As both therapist and yoga instructor, Jessica strives to empower her students to embrace their own inner teachers and to allow their unique voices to shine brightly.

One yoga for All is one of the best things to happen to our neighborhood! The owner is lovely and welcoming and the teachers are amazing. The atmosphere lends itself to relaxation, meditation and connecting with oneself. I leave each time with a sense of relaxation and well-being, and feel delightfully stretched out and energized. Do your body, mind and soul a favor and start coming to this studio.Sharon K.
