Hatha offerings
Although Hatha is traditionally the precursor or preparation into Ashtanga Yoga, it has also become known as a practice style in the states. Poses are held for more breaths and it is a more static practice.
Gentle Hatha: Easeful warm up, classical Hatha Sun Salutation connecting movement to the breath, followed by a sequence of basic postures (Asana) held for multiple breaths, and breathing techniques (Pranayama). Facilitating strength & flexibility in mind and body. Ending with a brief meditation in Savasana. Catered to Beginners.

Facilitating strength &flexibility, in mind, body & heart. Ending with a brief meditation in Savasana. Open to all.
Flow offerings
A dynamic practice style of Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga, prioritizing the link of breath and movement or Vinyasa.
Gentle Flow: Bringing awareness to the breath, easeful warm up and flows of basic postures (asana) ending with a brief meditation in Savasana. Catered to Beginners.
Flow: Invigorating sequence of mixed level postures linking breath and movement. Elements of strength and flexibility are combined to stabilize and detoxify the mind &body. Open to all
The Mix
A combination of dynamic flows, static styles and/or Meditation of Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga.
Stretch & Strengthen: Mindful warm up, a combination of mixed level posture held for several breaths & flows for deeper stretch and strengthening. Vigorous practice open to all.
Om Flow: A moving meditation, dynamic stretching and strengthening while linking breath to movement, Pranayama and ending with a relaxing Nidra meditation. Mixed level vigorous practice & Open to all.
Flow & Restore: Grounding warm up, Sun Salutations, vigorous sequence ending with 1-2 Restorative Yoga poses.
Open to all.
Meditation
Breathing, visualization techniques to bring the attention inward.
Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra or psychic sleeping, is a structured and guided meditation traditionally practiced in corpse pose (lying down on your back) facilitating deep rest, creativity and focus. Physical, mental and emotional relaxation for complete relaxation.
60 minutes of nidra equates to four hours of rest.
Offered for 30 and 60 minutes weekly.
Open to all.
Nidra (30) recommended to beginners.
Stillness: A seated practice beginning with breathing exercises to prepare for a longer seated practice of visualization techniques for balancing and relaxing body, mind and heart. Open to all.
Restorative Yoga approaches poses/Asana gently, sharing the effort with props (blankets, blocks, bolsters...), holding these shapes for several minutes, facilitating the release of tension in the body, mind & heart.
Open to all.
Restore: Restorative postures, breathing techniques and the use of essential oils to help you connect with the present moment.
Yinasana: Gentle, calming stretches that focused on the expansion of the denser connective tissues of the body. Open to all.
Prenatal Yoga Circle:
Community building Prenatal Yoga Series starting with a gentle warm up, then slowly increasing movements with poses to strengthen and tone the muscles and organs needed for labor and delivery and to alleviate common discomforts such as swelling, back pain, constipation and varicose veins.
An emphasis is placed on soothing, relaxing breath work, giving all mama's to be a space to connect deeply with innate wisdom to nurture baby and enjoy the miraculous process of pregnancy and birth.
Our circle is offered every other month.
The journey begins Friday November 1st through November 22nd,
6-7pm
$130 per person for the series that includes four Prenatal Yoga classes and ONE Bellydance class in the month of April.

Similar to Yoga, the history of utilizing sound for healing is thousands of years old.
Sound healing is the use of vibrations via different instruments/sounds to re-align and re-tune the body. It is the realignment of the body's natural energies, which fuel the meridians and Chakras.
Sound Bath Meditation : Traditionally practiced while lying down on your back or seated, facilitating the relaxation of the mind into a meditative state to allow the healing process to occur.

Japanese method of energy healing that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.
Reiki Circle :
Let's gather for collective healing...
Through a grounding meditation and journey, participants will be encouranged to set a clear intention for healing.
Followed by mini Reiki sessions, while in a meditative state.
This will allow a mini boost of Chakra clearing and recharging. Allowing you to leave the circle more relaxed, in tune, creative and open to the process.
The beauty of a Reiki Circle is the sharing of positive energy and compassion.

Bellydance :
A choreographed dance using posture, armwork, body movement, traveling steps and veilwork - ending with Q & A .
You will not only feel empowered as you open your hips awakening the inner divine Goddess, but it'd be so much FUN, you won't want it to end!
Dress comfortably in long skirt or loose pants, coin belts will be provided for practice.
Tuesdays at 7:30pm.

Start exactly where you are.
Our Gentle offerings, Gentle Hatha/Flow, Yoga Nidra (30), Restore, Yin, Sound Bath and our Dance offerings are all suitable for beginners.
Choose to practice these group offerings three to five times a week for the first two to three weeks. Then join our Open to All offerings.
