It is a time to cleanse the body, mind and heart from the inside out, not just decluttering our physical surroundings.

Let’s gather to awaken from Winter’s slumber, with
the breath of fire / Kapalabhati breath to burn what needs burning,
a detoxifying & invigorating Asana sequence,
followed by restorative poses that help in letting go and opens us up into new beginnings;
ending with a Yoga Nidra meditation that navigates through our energetic body, our Chakras for a complete cleanse of body, mind, heart.

A Restorative mini Retreat for all Mamas

Mamas, did you refill your cup yet?
Gentle reminder: Y'all can't serve from an empty cup.
Y'all must be intentional about resting the seven ways humans need to rest, so you may continue to serve YOUrself and your loved ones.

Join us for a Restorative Yoga practice:
relaxing poses where the effort is shared with lots of props (bolsters, cushions, blankets and blocks),
soothing breathing exercises,
resulting in the release of muscle tension and the transition from stress to calmness…
complemented by Aromatherapy and
ending with a Yoga Nidra Meditation for complete relaxation of body, mind and heart.
Bring your journal.
Calming tea will be served.
All are welcome to this sweet restorative practice accompanied by flower essences that speak to our hearts.

How can I get started?

Starting with breathwork, easeful warm up to prepare for a gentle flow linking breath to movement
followed by a brief Yoga Nidra Meditation
ending with a seated Meditation... Stillness.

Bring your journal for prompts throughout the workshop. An overview of Meditation, its techniques and benefits will be included. Recommendations for starting personal Meditation practice will also be provided.
